Product Introduction
Guangdong Xintao Molecular Sieve XT3004 is an alkali metal aluminosilicate with a pore size of 10 Å; it is the sodium form of the X-type crystal structure. Capable of adsorbing molecules with diameters smaller than 10 Å, it efficiently removes various large-molecule impurities—such as water, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and aromatic hydrocarbons. It can also be used in the preparation of catalyst carriers.
Xintao XT3004 is manufactured using high-purity raw materials through automated forming and firing processes, resulting in uniform pore structures, high adsorption capacity, and rapid adsorption rates.
Chemical Molecular Formula: Na2O·Al2O3·(2.8±0.2) SiO2·(6~7)H2O. (SiO2:Al2O3≈2.6-3.0)

Typical Applications:
a) Deep drying of general industrial gases.
b) Purification of feed gas in air separation units (removal of H2O, CO2, and certain hydrocarbons).
c) Drying, desulfurization, and deodorization of natural gas, LPG, and liquid hydrocarbons.
d) Industrial oxygen production via pressure swing adsorption (PSA).
