In August and September 2026, an alcohol producer in Southeast Asia placed two successive orders for 3A molecular sieve and ceramic balls, reinforcing the company’s growing presence in the region’s alcohol dehydration market.
On August 28, 2026, the customer ordered 4,000 kg of 3A molecular sieve and 600 kg of ceramic balls. Less than three weeks later, on September 17, 2026, the same customer placed a repeat order for 6,000 kg of 3A molecular sieve and 1,000 kg of ceramic balls, increasing the order volume by 50%.
The 3A molecular sieve is used in the customer’s alcohol drying process, where it selectively adsorbs water molecules while excluding ethanol, ensuring high-purity product output. Ceramic balls are used as support and distribution media in the adsorption bed, helping to improve gas flow distribution and protect the molecular sieve from contamination and mechanical stress.
