Product Introduction
Guangdong Xintao Molecular Sieve XT3001 is an alkali metal aluminosilicate with a pore diameter of 3 Å. It is the potassium form of the Type A crystal structure. It possesses an exceptionally large specific surface area and is primarily used for water adsorption, while it does not adsorb molecules with a diameter larger than 3 Å.
Xintao XT3001 features uniform adsorption channels, offering high static water adsorption capacity, fast adsorption kinetics, high crushing strength, and low attrition loss. It resists pulverization even during prolonged operation. With excellent thermal stability, it can be repeatedly regenerated at high temperatures, ensuring a longer service life.
Chemical Molecular Formula: 0.4K2O·0.6Na2O·Al2O3·2SiO2··4.5H2O. (SiO2 : Al2O3 ≈2).

Typical Application:
a) Mainly used for the deep drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons in petroleum cracking gases, such as ethylene, propylene, and butadiene.
b) Drying of organic solvents such as methanol and ethanol.
c) Drying of air.
d) Drying of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
