How to use Carbon Molecular Sieve correctly?

A/ Storage and Maintenance of Carbon Molecular Sieves.

Firstly, carbon molecular sieves should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and rain. Secondly, carbon molecular sieves must not come into contact with moisture and corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts.

B/ Safe Operation during Use.

Firstly, before operation, it is necessary to inspect the nitrogen generator to ensure that the device is in a normal working condition and that both the nitrogen leakage detector and the oxygen content monitor have been correctly calibrated. Secondly, the nitrogen outlet should be properly connected to the gas storage or pressure vessel. Air should be removed from the interior of the gas storage or pressure vessel first and then evacuated. This can ensure that no air is mixed in when nitrogen is finally released, causing pollution. Finally, when loading and unloading carbon molecular sieves, do not throw or strike them from a height to avoid damaging the sieves.

C/ Replacement of Carbon molecular Sieves.

First, stop the operation inside the nitrogen generator. Once the internal pressure drops to zero, disassemble and use the expired carbon molecular sieves. Secondly, install the new carbon molecular sieve into the nitrogen generator and connect the gas pipeline correctly. Finally, restart the nitrogen generator and conduct tests to ensure that the new carbon molecular sieve can work properly.
