The molecular sieve oxygen generator generally adopts a pressurized adsorption atmospheric pressure desorption (HP) method, and the same cycle process is carried out by two adsorption towers respectively, thereby realizing continuous gas supply. The entire system is completely controlled by the microcontroller.

The working principle of the molecular sieve oxygen generator:

This process is two towers. After the raw material air is pressurized by the compressor, solid impurities such as oil, dust, and water are removed by an air pretreatment apparatus, and cooled to normal temperature. The treated compressed air enters the adsorption column containing the molecular sieve through the intake valve in the air. Nitrogen and carbon dioxide are adsorbed, and the gas flowing out is high-purity oxygen. When the adsorption tower reaches a certain saturation, the intake valve is closed, the flush valve is opened, and the adsorption tower enters the flushing phase. After that, close the flush valve and open the desorption valve. Enter the desorption regeneration phase and complete a cycle.
