On 23rd August 2023, customer sent us inquiry for Alumina Ceramic Balls for regenerative heat exchanger units.
Sent quotation and technical data sheet to customer, also shared European enterprise client 20 tons of 99% high alumina ceramic ball case with customer.
Customer replied that our price was higher than other suppliers. We sent a video to introduce XINTAO 99% high alumina ceramic ball. And compared the difference between XINTAO 99% high alumina ceramic ball and other suppliers’. Also told customer that GE uses our 99% high alumina ceramic ball for the NMR machine, International Biorefineries uses it for heat transfer.
On 7th September, customer confirmed order and paid on 11th September.
We delivered goods on 13th September.
The Xintao 99 High Alumina Support Media is in chemical composition99+% alpha alumina and a maximum 0.2wt% SiO2. Because of its high alumina content and low silica (SiO2 ), it's a very excellent and ideal product for high temperature and steam applications, such as secondary reformers in ammonia processing, where leached silica will coat downstream equipment or foul the catalyst bed.
The Xintao 99 High Alumina Support Media has very excellent thermal properties, with its high density high-temperature resistance 1550℃, also it's a good choice for heat retention or deceleration media.
For its superior chemical resistance, it's suitable for applications in ole fin processes, such as ethylene dryers, where there's the polymerization problem.
