The Advantages of Random Packing

In many applications, there are many process advantages in using random packing. The random packing has large surface, it will allows liquid and vapor easy go through and reduces the pressure drop. In addition, it can increased plant capacity. As different materials has different characteristic and advantages, random packing materials can be metallic, ceramic and plastic etc. Ceramic random packing has excellent corrosion and alkali resistance but it’s heavy. Plastic is light but only can used temperature up to 80℃-150℃. Metallic random packing has disadvantage in corrosion tower. Customers can choose suitable materials’ random packing according to your application.
