How to regenerate your molecular sieve?

Recently,oxygen enrichment zeolite molecular sieve is in high demand from Indian clients due to the COVID-19 situation is getting more and more severe there.

This result in out of stock of oxygen generation zeolite and longer lead time for delivery.

Some clients asked if they could regenerate their used zeolite instead of purchase new zeolite.

XINTAO molecular sieve can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing processes,or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes.

The method of regenerating molecular sieve is as the followings:

1. Remove the zeolites from the sieve tank.

2. Put these zeolites into a anti-high temperature container,then put it in the muffle furnace,set the temperature at 550℃ and bake for one hour.

3. Take the sieves out of the muffle furnace,and cooling in a desiccator unit.
